Shipping Policy
In order to reduce the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, signatures for deliveries and collections will no longer be required. However, for the delivery or collection to take place, there must be someone present at the residence. If not, the usual delivery procedures will apply.
Regardless of whether the parcel is delivered to the door or collected from a local Post Office, an Australia Post staff member will ask for and record the customer's name to confirm delivery.
Although someone still needs to be present for this process, contact will be minimized. This can be achieved by leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises, or by leaving it for the customer to pick up at the counter.
The carrier's delivery hours are from 7.30am to 10pm and may require a signature in certain situations.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and a signature is not required, the courier will attempt to locate a secure and dry location to leave your parcel. If this is not possible, they will leave a calling card that contains instructions on how to reschedule the delivery. Depending on the courier, a re-delivery may be attempted without requiring contact.
Following dispatch, orders are typically delivered within a timeframe of 4-10 business days.
