Where is my order? 

In case your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, we are here to assist you.

Before getting in touch with us, we recommend checking a few things. Firstly, review the tracking link that we included in your despatch email to stay updated with the latest tracking information.

Next, log in to your account to confirm that we have the correct delivery details for your order and that all your contact information is current.

Additionally, consider checking with your neighbours if the courier left your parcel with them when you were not available. Look for any secure areas where the driver could have left your parcel, such as a porch or garden shed.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number.

 

Am I able to cancel my order?

Due to our fast order processing, we regret to inform you that it is not possible to modify or cancel your order once it has been confirmed. However, you can initiate a return request to receive a refund after receiving the order.
